Attorney Coaching
Build a Profitable and Sustainable Legal Practice
Attorney coaching is all about unlocking potential and increasing performance. It involves raising awareness and creating accountability.
Jay Harrington is an executive coach who can help you reach your potential. As your coach, Jay will engage in an active exchange of ideas and recommendations to help you define and execute your goals. Some of the areas that Jay addresses through his coaching include building a niche practice specialty, becoming more productive, developing a strategic marketing plan, and building a team, systems and processes to scale a practice.
Coaching sessions generate practical ideas, alternatives and realistic, attainable solutions. As goals are defined, action plans are put in place. Jay's most important job as your coach is to hold you accountable to the goals you set. Much like an athletic trainer, he offers you the appropriate motivation and necessary follow-up to help keep you on track during interim periods between coaching sessions.

Determining plan of action for achieving goals and putting accountability measures in place.
Jay works with individual attorneys, and also serves as an external coach for law firms looking for an outside coaching resource for multiple attorneys. In order to maintain momentum between coaching sessions, clients are sent helpful articles and other resources, as well as summaries of past sessions and objectives for new ones.
Coaching is conducted remotely via Zoom and typically takes place over 3, 6 or 12 month periods of time, depending on the client's objectives.
